To grow and transform St Michaels into a modern, elite and innovative Club where success is inevitable by funding the development of a new artificial training pitch, continuously improving club infrastructure, investing in training technologies and developing the next generation of talent to continuously compete at the highest level in the Cork County Championship.

To create a vibrant and welcoming club that believes in the power of sport and community spirit, that promotes a One Club culture embracing diversity, equality and inclusion and that provides everyone in our community with the opportunity to make friends, develop life skills and fulfil their potential playing Gaelic football.
