News story via Cork GAA: "Due to a serious leg injury sustained by Daniel Meaney in training on July 2nd, the Cork Minor Football selectors have been forced to make a change to the team ahead of Sunday's Munster Final.
All involved in the Cork Minor Football team, management and backroom staff are very disappointed to lose Daniel ahead of Sunday's game, and wish him a speedy recovery."
Everyone is St Michaels would also like to wish Daniel best of luck in his recovery and we are all looking forward to seeing him return soon.
